Job Description:

Join Swain County Hospital as a Registered Nurse in a progressive care unit within this charming coastal town nestled in the Great Smoky Mountains. You'll be responsible for patient monitoring, PICC/CVC management, and wound care for adult patients aged 18+ with the majority being 65+. The role emphasizes teamwork in a small, 17-bed unit with an emphasis on inpatient, observation, and swing bed services—no surgeries here, just dedicated care. Expect to float between Swain County and Harris Regional, ensuring flexible and varied experience. With a weekly gross pay of approximately $1,625.44, this assignment combines professional growth with the allure of mountain adventures.
