Job Description:

Join our team as a Registered Nurse in a specialized Oncology unit, where you'll focus on caring for adult and geriatric cancer patients. This 16-week contract offers a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, giving you the opportunity to work either days or nights based on unit needs. You'll be administering chemotherapy, assisting with clinical trials, and performing specialized procedures like brachytherapy, all while navigating the nuances of infection prevention and patient safety. The role provides a hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative team that values your expertise and dedication. Expect to handle telemetry monitoring, IV therapies, and complex patient assessments, all documented meticulously using EPIC electronic charting systems.
