Job Description:

Join a dedicated medical-surgical nursing team on a 13-week contract in Milan, Missouri. This role involves providing comprehensive bedside care on the MedSurg floor during three 12-hour night shifts each week. The schedule is set from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with the potential to assist in emergency room situations when required. The position balances routine patient management with the flexibility of occasional weekend coverage, and it offers a chance to experience a diverse clinical environment that keeps your skills sharp. You will deeply engage in patient assessment, documentation, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals to support patient recovery during overnight hours.
