Job Description:

Join a hospital in Shreveport, LA, as a Registered Nurse specializing in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) contract work. This 13-week assignment features 12-hour day shifts, giving you plenty of time to explore the vibrant city and its surroundings. You'll be working on one of three units, managing patients recovering from cardiac and medical procedures, with a focus on cardiac stepdown and complex medical cases. Your skills in titrating cardiac drips, handling central lines, managing chest tubes, and interpreting EKGs will be essential.
