Job Description:

This 16-week contract offers ICU RNs an opportunity to work in a busy medical ICU within a 30-bed facility, including two negative airflow rooms. You'll be managing patients with conditions like sepsis, respiratory failure, and stroke recovery—including TPA and thrombectomy cases—with direct access from the cath lab. The role involves 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, providing a chance to focus on high-acuity patient care during overnight hours. Experience with EPIC EHR within the past two years is mandatory, along with a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience. You'll titrate drips such as norepinephrine and vasopressin, read telemetry strips, and collaborate with a team that emphasizes flexibility in scheduling. This assignment is ideal for those comfortable with a fast pace and complex patient needs, seeking an engaging challenge in a private, well-equipped ICU environment.
