Job Description:

This critical care float RN role offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple high-acuity units within a busy hospital setting. You'll be predominantly floating to ICU, but also covering MS, Tele, and PCU units, providing essential support where it's needed most. Expect to engage in adult to geriatric patient populations, managing complex diagnoses and contributing to vital patient care activities. The 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM are designed to keep you fully immersed in your work while experiencing the quiet of overnight hours. This assignment offers a chance to test your adaptability and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment without the need for patient care responsibilities—focused instead on supporting clinical teams with vital unit functions.
