Job Description:

Join a world-renowned Magnet and Level I Trauma Center as a Telemetry Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in St. Louis. This role involves caring for patients on telemetry and step-down units, with a focus on cardiac monitoring, administering EKGs, and managing cardiac drips. You'll work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, providing critical bedside support in a fast-paced environment. The position offers guaranteed hours each week, with experience in telemetry and step-down units required. Clinicians may float within scope to meet facility needs, and previous ACLS and BLS certifications are necessary.
