Job Description:

Join our team as an MRI technologist specializing in pediatric and adult imaging at a prominent hospital in Columbia, South Carolina. This contract role involves operating Siemens and GE MRI machines, primarily focusing on pediatric scans at a dedicated home site, Richland Medical Park. You will need to be trained on the Siemens virtual cockpit to facilitate remote scanning at smaller campuses, including Greer, Tuomey, and Parkridge. The assignment emphasizes night shifts, offering a unique chance to work overnight from 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Thursday, with no on-call requirements. Expect to perform inpatient and outpatient MRI scans across all ages, from neonates to adults, including trauma and stroke patients. The role is ideal for experienced radiologic technologists certified through ARRT, with a preference for those with pediatric hospital experience. This position provides an engaging opportunity to be part of a specialized pediatric MRI team with a focus on remote site coordination and advanced equipment use.
