Job Description:

This 13-week travel contract positions an RN in the Oncology/Med Surg unit at Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO. The role involves providing direct patient care during overnight shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. You'll be managing oncology, neuro overflow, medical patients, and end-of-life cases, with the opportunity to assist other units across the med/surg service line as needed. Expect to perform assessments, medication administration, and documentation in EPIC, all while working in a state-of-the-art facility with modern equipment like Alaris pumps and NOVA glucometers. The assignment offers a guaranteed 36 hours per week, with some options for 48 hours, allowing for a steady workload and a chance to experience the vibrant healthcare community of South St. Louis.
