Job Description:

This ICU Registered Nurse position in Chesapeake offers a chance to sharpen your critical care skills in a fast-paced environment. You will be working 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM) over a 21-week contract, providing care to ICU patients, including those in stepdown units, emergency departments, and medical-surgical units. The role involves managing ventilators, titrating IV drips, monitoring telemetry, and responding to emergencies with a focus on neuro-critical care. Floating to various units and working holidays are required, giving you diverse clinical exposure. This assignment is ideal for experienced ICU nurses seeking a dynamic, hands-on role that keeps you engaged and challenged throughout your shift.
