Job Description:

This travel RN role involves working 12-hour day shifts for a 13-week assignment in Urbana, Illinois. As a registered nurse, you will take responsibility for a dedicated group of patients, performing assessments, developing and modifying care plans, and documenting care provided. Your focus will be on patient safety, effective communication with colleagues, and adherence to clinical standards.
