Job Description:

Join a pediatric critical care float pool as a Registered Nurse, providing essential support across various pediatric units such as PICU, NICU, peds medsurg, peds PACU, peds ED, and postpartum/mother baby. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain diverse pediatric clinical experience by floating to different specialized units. You will be remotely the go-to expert for high acuity pediatric patients during 12-hour night shifts, typically working four nights a week. The assignment is designed for talented nurses with PICU and NICU experience who feel confident managing complex pediatric cases. The schedule does not include guaranteed block scheduling and involves working every other weekend and two out of three winter holidays. You’ll be contributing to a vibrant team in a setting that values flexibility and clinical proficiency. The contract lasts for 18 weeks, with weekly hours totaling 48, and offers an estimated gross weekly pay of $2,854.40. This assignment not only broadens your pediatric critical care expertise but also keeps you engaged and challenged throughout the experience.
