Job Description:

Join us as a Neuro ICU Registered Nurse in Charlotte, North Carolina, for a 20-week contract focused on critical neurological and stroke care. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, managing a diverse patient population with stroke, hemorrhagic events, craniotomies, and neuro-monitoring procedures. You'll be responsible for ventilated patient management, EVD care, ICP monitoring, and interpreting dysrhythmias, all within a unit that emphasizes neuro-specific skills. The setting offers a chance to refine advanced neuro-critical skills in a high-acuity environment, with an average census of 11-12 patients and flexible ratios depending on census. This assignment is ideal for experienced neuro nurses looking for a challenging yet rewarding opportunity that prioritizes neuro-specific expertise and a fast-paced clinical environment.
