Job Description:

This NICU Level 3b contract offers a unique opportunity for experienced neonatal nurses who thrive in a fast-paced environment caring for critically ill newborns. The role involves managing a wide range of delicate cases, including preemies, sepsis, and cooling procedures, often with the support of advanced ventilators like Aveya, bubble CPAP, Vapotherm, and oscillators. You will be scheduled for 12-hour night shifts, providing exceptional care during the overnight hours, and will have the chance to attend deliveries when on call. The unit features a dedicated team, with the potential to float to Mother/Baby units or postpartum areas as needed. This assignment is perfect for travelers with 2-3 years of NICU experience, including experience in Level 3 environments, who are comfortable in a busy, demanding neonatal setting.
