Job Description:

This 12-week travel assignment as a step-down Registered Nurse offers the chance to work in a prominent short-term acute care hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. Expect to work nights in a busy telemetry and neuro unit, managing patients with complex dysrhythmias and neurological needs. The role involves interpreting and managing dysrhythmias, utilizing telemetry systems, and collaborating with a skilled team in a Magnet and Level I Trauma Center. Travelers will cover 3 shifts per week, each lasting 12 hours, with guaranteed hours to ensure consistent employment. It’s an engaging opportunity for RNs who enjoy a fast-paced environment and cross-disciplinary collaboration without the burden of long-term care duties.
