Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for a 13-week contract in Billings, MT. In this role, you'll work the night shift—four 10-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM—covering a variety of high-pressure surgical procedures. Your expertise in trauma, neuro, general, orthopedic, vascular, and thoracic surgeries will shine as you assist with operations like cervical fusions, craniotomies, lumbar fusions, and complex neuro cases such as ALIF and VP shunt insertions. A key part of this assignment is utilizing the Da Vinci Xi Surgical System—experience with this innovative robotic platform is essential. Expect limited call requirements—about one weekend per month—and the chance to work in a Level 1 trauma environment. You'll need to have three years of OR RN experience, current BLS certification, and be able to work outside the local area (more than 75 miles from the facility). This role is perfect for first-time travelers who meet the qualifications and are ready for an engaging, fast-paced surgical setting.
