Job Description:

Join our surgical services team as a Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST) in Charleston, South Carolina. This 13-week contract offers an engaging opportunity to work in ambulatory operating room settings, supporting diverse specialties including ophthalmology, orthopedics, ENT, GYN, GU, endocrine, and surgical oncology. You'll assist during surgeries in a fast-paced environment, with shifts either 4x10s or 3x12s, primarily during daytime hours from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm. Expect to complete cases, possibly precepting team members, and adapt within your scope to meet facility needs. Certificates required include NBSTSA and BLS, with radiation badge provision coordinated by the facility’s parent company. This assignment uniquely offers some flexibility in scheduling and floating within the perioperative department, within a local radius of 50 miles, without weekend shifts or on-call requirements.
