Job Description:

Join our team as a CVICU Registered Nurse in Albuquerque, NM, where you'll be on the night shift, working 12-hour nights for an 18-week contract. This role places you at a busy Level I Trauma and teaching hospital with a strong focus on post-op open hearts, ECMO, Impella support, and complex cardiac care. You'll be responsible for managing critically ill patients with diagnoses like CABG, heart failure, and pulmonary embolism, utilizing advanced equipment such as ECMO, IABP, and CRRT. The assignment offers the opportunity to float within the ICU and other units as needed, ensuring a varied and challenging experience. Expect to work 36 hours per week, with experiences that sharpen both your clinical skills and adaptability in a high-acuity setting.
