Job Description:

Join our team as a CVOR Registered Nurse for a 26-week contract in Lake Forest, Illinois. This role is perfect for experienced cardiac circulating nurses who can also scrub into surgeries. You'll be working 8-hour day shifts from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with a 30-minute meal break. The schedule includes a 3-days-on, 3-days-off call rotation, with weekend call duties—meaning you'll get some well-deserved time off during the week. Your responsibilities will center around circulating cardiac surgeries, with a preference for those who can also scrub. During training, you'll have the opportunity to float to Mchenry for additional experience. Being within 30 minutes of the hospital for on-call emergencies is essential to ensure prompt response times.
