Job Description:

Join a fast-paced orthopedic and spine unit as a registered nurse on a 13-week contract. You'll work 12-hour night shifts (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM), providing specialized care to post-surgical, neuro spine, and med-surg patients. This role demands strong orthopedic experience and the ability to stay on top of pain management for post-op patients. You will float within the medical-surgical departments as needed, and the unit prefers nurses with Epic experience, making your transition smoother. RTO is strictly not allowed after booking, so reliable commitment is essential. Expect typical patient ratios of 5-6:1, with up to 7:1 in extreme cases, and be prepared for weekend work every other week.
