Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a Physical Therapist in a rewarding home health therapy and rehabilitation role. This position involves providing patient visits within a community setting, averaging six visits daily. No prior home health experience is required—your clinical skills and enthusiasm are what matter most. The shift runs from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with occasional weekends as needed. You'll gain hands-on experience with Epic documentation systems and a supportive 10-hour orientation to help you settle in.
