Job Description:

Join Lancaster Rehabilitation Hospital as an RN for an inpatient rehab contract that offers the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility caring for a diverse patient population. This 13-week assignment involves 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with an every-other-weekend requirement. You will be responsible for providing specialized care to patients recovering from strokes, TBIs, orthopedic surgeries, and other neurological or traumatic injuries. The role stands out for its focus on intense, personalized rehabilitation in a peaceful setting, all while navigating a nurse-to-patient ratio of approximately 1:6 or 1:7.
