Job Description:

Join our team at a leading hospital in Kansas City, Missouri, providing specialized care in the Burn ICU/PCU unit. This 13-week contract offers a unique opportunity to work with experienced professionals in a dedicated burn unit, handling adult patients with varying acuity levels. Your responsibilities will include performing procedures such as debridement, dressing changes, line insertions, and chest tube maintenance. You’ll be supported by advanced equipment like Alaris IV pumps and GE cardiac monitors, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including burn surgeons, intensivists, and specialists. The shift is composed of 12-hour days, providing a predictable schedule with three weekend shifts within a four-week cycle. This assignment is perfect for those with ICU or PCU background and a passion for specialized care in a family-like environment where teamwork and high standards are a priority.
