Job Description:

This 12-week contract role is designed for experienced PCU float registered nurses ready to step into a flexible hospital assignment. You will float across medical-surgical, telemetry, and progressive care units, managing adult to geriatric patients. The position offers 12-hour daytime shifts, with a schedule that requires adaptability and the ability to work every other weekend. Candidates should be comfortable with unit-specific systems like Epic and Pyxis, and hold current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications. Previous experience on float units, including ratios and diverse diagnoses, is essential. This role provides a unique chance to enhance your skills across multiple units within the hospital, all while enjoying a varied work environment that keeps your days interesting and engaging.
