Job Description:

Join a busy Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit in Charlotte, NC, for a 13-week travel assignment that offers both a chance to hone your skills and experience a newly opened unit with a positive, supportive environment. You'll be working 12-hour night shifts, providing direct patient care to adults with diagnoses such as CHF, ESRD, pneumonia, and more. Your responsibilities will include interpreting cardiac rhythms, managing non-titrating cardiac medication drips, performing wound care, and handling IV starts and blood products. This role requires at least 18 months of Med/Surg RN experience, with a focus on cardiac skills and acute care procedures. The unit has a dedicated team of support staff including CNAs, case managers, and tech specialists, all working together in a culture that emphasizes safety and fairness.
