Job Description:

This contract opportunity places you on the night shift within a vibrant cardiac telemetry unit at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, MO. You'll be responsible for interpreting EKGs and telemetry strips, administering IV medications, and providing post-cardiac procedural care, all while working alongside experienced staff in a busy, high-acuity environment. Expect to use equipment such as Alaris IV pumps, Hill Rom beds, and telemetry monitors as part of your daily routine. The role offers a blend of technical skill application and patient interaction, allowing you to connect with patients and contribute to their recovery process. Working full-time hours over 13 weeks, including three weekend shifts per scheduling period, you'll experience a dynamic setting that challenges and sharpens your telemetry expertise.
