Job Description:

This RN CVOR contract places you in a renowned Level 1 Trauma Center in Libertyville, IL, known for its sophisticated surgical capabilities and advanced cardiac procedures. The role involves performing in the Cardiovascular Operating Room, supporting open heart, robotics, vascular, and thoracic surgeries, with hybrid OR experience highly valued. You'll work 8-hour days, providing critical coverage alongside a team of anesthesiologists, radiology staff, and OR leadership. The assignment offers a chance to deepen your expertise in complex cardiovascular cases while contributing to a hospital recognized for its Magnet designation and trauma care. Expect a busy yet rewarding environment, with around 12 days of on-call duty per month, and no hospital orientation required, but a week-long orientation may be provided depending on experience.
