Job Description:

Join our team as a registered nurse on a 13-week contract located in Mesa, Arizona. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care in a hospital setting. You will focus on comprehensive patient assessments, developing personalized care plans, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes. The schedule consists of 12-hour days, providing an opportunity to experience shifts that allow for both work and leisure. Unique to this assignment, you'll be instrumental in delivering evidence-based care while supporting patient discharge planning and participating in unit improvement activities.
