Job Description:

This travel healthcare assignment as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist offers a unique opportunity to work in a vibrant medical setting in Atlanta, Georgia. You will perform a variety of specialized imaging procedures, including Whole Body Bone scans, Lung scans, Gastric Emptying, and Renal scans, among others. The role involves floating between Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT imaging, providing both direct patient care and ancillary support through patient reminder calls. Expect to handle high volumes of 10+ nuclear medicine procedures daily and 12-14 PET/CT scans, utilizing GE and Siemens equipment. The schedule is primarily 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with occasional evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, providing both a routine and varied work experience. This role emphasizes technical proficiency and adaptability, offering a rewarding challenge for experienced NM techs eager to expand their skill set amid the bustling Atlanta healthcare landscape.
