Job Description:

This Medical Surgical Registered Nurse travel assignment offers a rewarding opportunity to work in a bustling hospital setting in Memphis, Tennessee. You'll provide high-quality patient care during 12-hour night shifts, specifically from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, for a duration of 13 weeks. You'll be part of a team that manages a patient ratio of approximately 1:7, with support from PCCs, LPNs, and other team members. This role emphasizes hands-on clinical skills, quick decision-making, and adaptability in a busy medical-surgical environment. Experience in Level I or Level II trauma centers and large hospital settings is preferred. As a night-shift traveler, you'll enjoy a fundamental role in maintaining patient safety and comfort while working alongside dedicated healthcare professionals.
