Job Description:

This contract position invites registered nurses to step into a vital role providing direct patient assessments, care planning, and coordination in a hospital setting. As a nurse on-night shifts, you'll engage in evaluating patient needs across physical, psychological, and social domains, drafting tailored care plans, and supervising team activities to ensure seamless delivery of care. The role emphasizes active collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and involves comprehensive documentation of care activities.
