Job Description:

Join our team as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse in Florence, SC, for a 13-week contract that offers a true taste of night shift life. This role involves working four 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, supporting the hospital’s MedSurg, Telemetry, and MS/Tele units. You'll be managing a patient load with ratios of 1:6 or 1:7 when necessary, providing critical support during busy nights. Flexibility is key, as you'll float within scope to ensure all units are covered. The ideal candidate will bring around two years of recent experience and hold an SC or Compact license. Expect to work every other weekend and participate in on-call duties when needed. Epic platform experience is preferred, along with certifications in BLS and, ideally, ACLS and NIHSS.
