Job Description:

This ICU travel assignment in Nashville, Tennessee, offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for experienced healthcare professionals with a focus on telemetry. You will work 12-hour night shifts, providing care in a fast-paced environment that requires reading telemetry strips and managing arrhythmias. The role involves floating within your scope of practice and requires prior ICU experience of at least 2 years in the past three years. Flexibility with weekends and holidays is essential, as scheduled time off during major holidays is limited. Travelers must be reliable, transparent, and prepared to meet testing requirements for arrhythmia interpretation, sedation, and heparin distribution prior to orientation. The assignment lasts 13 weeks with a commitment of 36 hours per week, and the hourly gross pay is approximately $1,853.42. Successful candidates will have previous travel experience, active BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and CPI (or MAB) certifications, and be ready to work during upcoming holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. A charge nurse or preceptor may be assigned during your shift, and compliance clearance is required 10 days before orientation.
