Job Description:

Join a busy acute care hospital in Merced, California, as a Therapy professional for a 13-week travel assignment. This role involves working in a large facility with 189 beds, including ICU, telemetry, medical, surgical, and mother-baby units, providing hands-on therapy services to adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients. The ideal candidate will handle diverse caseloads, including orthopedic, neurological, and pulmonary cases, with opportunities in hand therapy and pediatric speech therapy. Expect to work 10-hour shifts on a rotating schedule, with off-site outpatient therapy at a nearby center, and collaborate closely with a team of therapy leaders, licensed staff, and hospitalists. This assignment offers a chance to gain experience in a vibrant, fast-paced environment while exploring the beautiful California landscape.
