Job Description:

Join a seasoned team as a Case Management Registered Nurse in an acute care hospital setting. This 13-week contract involves administering discharge planning and case management in a fast-paced environment where your expertise will ensure smooth patient transitions. Expect to work daytime shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with scheduled weekends to meet departmental needs. This role is perfect for experienced travelers with at least two years of hospital-based acute care case management experience, and California licensure is required (or pending license accepted).
