Job Description:

Join us for a rewarding 13-week contract as a Case Manager RN in the sunny city of Apple Valley, California. This role offers an engaging opportunity to work in an acute care hospital setting, focusing on discharge planning and patient coordination. You’ll spend your days between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, five days a week, helping patients transition smoothly from hospital to home or other care settings. This position is ideal for seasoned travelers with at least two years of hospital experience, ready to bring their expertise and make an impact in a fast-paced environment. Expect a schedule of no floating, with a reasonable patient ratio of 1:25 on weekdays and 1:45 on weekends, with every other weekend required. The work environment calls for professional attire or scrubs, and you must be licensed to practice in California or have pending license approval.
