Job Description:

Join a dedicated Cardio Vascular Critical Care team for a 12-week travel contract in Newark, Delaware. This role offers an engaging opportunity to work in a specialized unit focusing on complex cardiovascular cases such as heart failure, arrhythmias, post-cardiothoracic surgeries, and cardiac arrests. The shifts are 12-hour nights, providing an immersive experience in a fast-paced ICU environment with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:1 or 1:2. You will utilize Epic for charting and collaborate closely with float support in ICU and step-down units, performing advanced procedures like TVP and SWANN. This assignment is perfect for experienced RNs with a minimum of two years in cardiology ICU, recent Epic exposure, and a valid DE or Compact license. Attention to detail, timely handoffs, and adherence to strict protocols are key—plus, you’ll get a chance to be part of a team that values both competence and camaraderie in a setting where every shift counts.
