Job Description:

Join a vibrant surgical team in Nashville, Tennessee, where you'll be scrubbed into a variety of procedures in a fast-paced OR environment. You'll primarily assist with orthopedic, sports medicine, plastics, ENT, and general surgeries—think knee scopes, shoulder repairs, ACLs, and more—without the need for robotic surgery. This role offers the chance to work alongside skilled professionals in 8-hour shifts, pulling equipment and supporting case flow during daily caseloads of around 30-35 surgeries. The focus is on maintaining efficiency in a supportive setting, with minimal floating duties. If you have a strong background in orthopedic surgery scrub experience and hold a valid NBSTSA certification, this could be your next rewarding assignment.
