Job Description:

Join us in Bloomington for a rewarding contract as a Registered Nurse on a flexible and dynamic unit that adapts to patient acuity. This role offers the opportunity to work in a boarding unit where patients arrive stable from the Emergency Department and are monitored until they are either discharged or transferred to an inpatient unit. Your responsibilities will include managing a diverse caseload that ranges from moderate to high acuity, often working alongside LPNs in a team nursing setting. The position is perfect for RNs with at least two years of experience who excel in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable floating to inpatient PCU units when needed. You’ll enjoy 12-hour night shifts, guaranteeing a consistent schedule across 13 weeks, with weekend work required every other week.
