Job Description:

Join a fast-paced Emergency Room in Redding, California, for a 13-week travel healthcare contract that puts your trauma and critical care expertise to the test. This role involves working 12-hour day shifts, where you'll be managing approximately 155 patients daily, including trauma, stroke, pediatric, and psych cases. Your experience leading high-acuity, high-volume ER teams will be key in helping to coordinate care, lead colleagues, and ensure smooth operations in a busy environment. Expect a setting filled with every type of challenge—from trauma bay management to fast-track care—making this a perfect fit for an experienced ER RN ready for a leadership role in a demanding, yet rewarding, hospital setting.
