Job Description:

This critical access hospital in Grand Marais, Minnesota, is seeking experienced Emergency Department nurses to join their team for a 13-week contract. You will work 12-hour night shifts, alternating between the ED and Med/Surg units, with floating required to ensure coverage across departments. The role offers the chance to gain diverse experience in a rural setting, where quick cross-training and adaptability are valued. Minimum of two years of relevant experience, along with ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications, are necessary. Expect to work every other or every third weekend, with opportunities for overtime. EMR documentation is handled via Meditech, and scrubs can be any appropriate color or print. Minnesota nursing licensure or a quick-to-obtain temporary license (usually 3-5 days) is required before start.
