Job Description:

This 13-week travel contract places you in the heart of Kansas City at Research Medical Center's 4 North Cardiac Telemetry unit. You'll work 12-hour days in a fast-paced environment where your expertise in cardiac telemetry and post-procedural care will truly shine. The role involves interpreting EKGs and telemetry strips, managing patients after cardiac procedures like catheterizations or ablations, and administering IV medications such as insulin, Cardizem, and Amiodarone. Expect to use equipment like Alaris IV pumps, Hill Rom beds, and Telemetry monitors, all while engaging in a team that values professionalism and a family-like atmosphere. A mix of seasoned and new staff creates a collaborative environment, perfect for those looking to deepen their skills and make a meaningful difference in patients’ recovery journeys.
