Job Description:

This travel healthcare contract offers a unique chance to float between departments and local locations within 20 miles of Clovis, New Mexico. As part of the team, you'll provide direct patient care across various units, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document each patient's needs. You'll have the opportunity to coordinate with patients, families, and healthcare team members, ensuring care is safe, effective, and patient-centered. This role involves administering medications and treatments following physician directives, supervising LPNs and non-licensed staff, and meeting patient education and discharge needs. The schedule typically involves 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, for a 13-week duration. It's a fantastic chance to gain diverse experience while making a meaningful impact in multiple departments.
