Job Description:
Step into an engaging role as a Respiratory Therapist specializing in Pediatric care within a respected teaching hospital. This 13-week contract offers the chance to work three 12-hour night shifts per week, providing hands-on support for neonates, infants, and pediatric patients in a Level 4 NICU and pediatric unit. You'll contribute to critical diagnostics and respiratory support, often working independently but within a collaborative team. The unique rotation ensures you'll have plenty of evenings free, and the supportive hospital environment makes it an ideal setting for those eager to deepen their pediatric expertise while maintaining a balanced schedule.

Job Specifics:
Location: Charleston, South Carolina
Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Duration: 13 weeks with a guaranteed 36 hours per week
This role involves providing advanced respiratory therapy support within a specialized pediatric setting, primarily focusing on neonates and infants in a Level 4 NICU and pediatric units. You'll be working within a teaching hospital environment, utilizing Epic charting system, and must have at least 2 years of pediatric and neonatal respiratory experience. Certification in RRT, BLS, PALS, and NRP are required, along with the South Carolina RCP license in hand at start. The role includes participation in a rotating holiday schedule with no on-call responsibilities. Floating within scope to sister facilities may be required depending on experience, but not guaranteed.
