Job Description:

Join our team for a 13-week contract working in the inpatient rehabilitation unit of a reputable hospital in Wausau, Wisconsin. This night shift role involves 12-hour variable shifts—either 6am to 6:30pm or 6pm to 6:30am—every other weekend and holiday rotation. As a pivotal part of this team, you'll provide skilled rehabilitation nursing to a diverse patient population, including those recovering from stroke, trauma, debility, or amputation, and with cardiac conditions. The role offers opportunities to work across all inpatient units as needed, with a focus on charting primarily in Epic and utilizing your rehab knowledge. This position is perfect for resilient nurses with at least one year of inpatient hospital experience, especially in medical surgical rehab, who thrive managing change and working in a team-focused environment.
