Job Description:

Join a fast-paced unit in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, as a PCU Registered Nurse on a 13-week contract working 12-hour night shifts. This role offers an opportunity to utilize your expertise in managing complex patients with arterial lines, vasoactive drips, and telemetry monitoring — more like a mini ICU experience. You'll be handling post-rapid response patients, respiratory distress cases, and unstable hemodynamics, with only one pressor drip per patient and a variety of advanced procedures and equipment at your fingertips. This position emphasizes critical thinking and quick decision-making, perfect for nurses comfortable with dysrhythmias, tracheostomy management, and high-acuity care.
