Job Description:

Join a specialized team in Madison for a 13-week contract as a Registered Nurse focused on medical/surgical and telemetry care within a Department of Corrections setting. This role involves providing care to adult patients with a variety of conditions, including geriatric patients, in a secure, locked environment with unique safety protocols, including assistance from DOC officers. The day/night rotating shifts are 12 hours long, with a mix of weekdays, weekends, and holidays. This position is perfect if you’re looking to test your skills in a challenging yet rewarding environment, with the opportunity to work independently and as part of a dedicated team. Experience with starting IVs and telemetry testing are essential requirements for this role.
