Job Description:

This intensive 26-week assignment is designed for experienced PICU RNs eager to work across multiple hospital campuses in Phoenix, AZ. You will provide expert care in NICU and CVICU settings, often floating between units to support patient needs. The role involves 12-hour day or night shifts, with the specific schedule to be determined during the interview. Expect to collaborate closely with the healthcare team, families, and patients, ensuring care aligns with hospital standards and evidence-based practices. Unique to this position is the opportunity to work across four different campuses, offering a diverse clinical experience in a vibrant city known for its sunny weather and outdoor activities.
