Job Description:

Join a 16-week travel contract as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse at a prestigious Level I Trauma Center in St. Louis, MO. This role immerses you in a high-acuity environment on the 6900 GI/GU unit, where you'll provide expert care to patients recovering from colon resections, bladder surgeries, and other complex procedures. You'll work the night shift, 12 hours shifts, and be an essential part of a team dedicated to excellence. Your day-to-day will include managing central lines, administering blood products, and handling advanced medications such as Heparin, Insulin, and PCA. If you enjoy a setting that challenges your skills and encourages teamwork, this assignment will keep you engaged—and maybe even a little proud of your expertise in phlebotomy, IV starts, and telemonitoring.
