Job Description:

This 13-week contract as a Med/Surg RN at Deaconess Henderson offers a hands-on experience in a busy hospital setting with a diverse patient population. You will perform essential patient assessments, manage IV drips, perform PIV insertions, and handle various dressings and drains. The role involves working 12-hour day shifts, primarily within a 45-bed unit, with the potential to float to nearby campuses. You’ll be part of an experienced team that values resilience and critical thinking, all while navigating charting in EPIC and managing complex cases such as post-op patients, COPD, and sepsis.
